Seems like you incorrectly copied the EFI over.
  1. Mount the EFI partition on your USB.
  2. Copy the EFI folder to your Desktop.
  3. Unmount USB EFI partition.
  4. Mount HDD/SSD EFI partition.
  5. Copy EFI folder from your Desktop to HDD/SSD EFI partition.
  6. Reboot.

I did that but no change. When you say "Copy EFI folder from your Desktop to HDD/SSD EFI partition" do you mean copy the "Contents" of the EFI folder to the existing EFI folder on the SSD?

Just copy the actual EFI folder that's inside the Partition.
