Have you made sure you've removed all the bits of clover. According to the install guide, it can leave stuff in the NVRAM and you need to clear that out. Believe there is a clear nvram tool in opencore somewhere.
Nuke, DaVinci Resolve, and PyTorch on Linux user needing to run Adobe and Cinema4D with Octane sometimes.
