I've fixed all my BIOS settings, set Cpu bus ratios and nothing has worked. I've tried changing SMBios. Basically any audio with crackle really bad but as soon as I move my mouse it will stop. I'm on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6
Ryzen 3 2200g
Gigabyte B450M BS3H
RX 560 4GB
450W PSU
2x4GB DDR4-2400Mhz

Exactly the same sound problem on High Sierra and Mojave, quickly move mouse and sound becomes normal, stop moving and problems reappear.
I assume that problem occurs due to a drop cpu frequency, but I haven't yet found a solution.
This sound problem is everywhere: built-in audio, hdmi, usb sound card.
Used hardware in signature.

Anyone found a solution for this? I'm using very similar hardware to @Programmer. And the issue is in Mojave, too.
Set overclock to an even number. Many users have found this fixes it. I run a 4.00GHz OC and no issues.
