Does anyone know how to boot into recovery mode? I have tried CMD + R at boot but I can't get it to work. I am trying to turn off System Integrity Protection (SIP).
Post Merged
I managed to disable SIP using the following procedure:

1. Boot from the MojaveAMD setup.
2. When you get to terminal enter the command:
csrutil disable
3. (Important) I needed to re-enter the following commands from the original setup (replace macOSvm with the name of your virtual machine):

cp -rf /Volumes/MojaveAMD/System/Library/Kernels/kernel /Volumes/macOSvm/System/Library/Kernels/
cp -rf /Volumes/MojaveAMD/System/Library/Extensions/System.kext /Volumes/macOSvm/System/Library/Extensions/
chmod -R 755 /Volumes/macOSvm/System/Library/Extensions/
chown -R root:wheel /Volumes/macOSvm/System/Library/Extensions/
rm -rf /Volumes/macOSvm/System/Library/PrelinkedKernels/prelinkedkernel
kextcache -u /Volumes/macOSvm/
