Kext Wizard won't build the caches for El Capitan as it doesn't know how to. Navigate to /System/Library/PrelinkedKernels/
on the USB and remove the file prelinkedkernel
Now open terminal and run the following command, this assumes the USB is named OS X Base System,
Code: Select all
sudo kextcache -u /Volumes/"OS X Base System"
Then try boot again.
