Code: Select all
-v npci=0x3000 GraphicsEnabler=No
(I'm using Enoch), but I'm getting stuck on "Waiting for root device", I'm trying a few things right now, stay tuned......

You can try use USBBusFix=Yes with my USB fix and if it still doesn't work try Spakk's USB fix.

All AMD machines get that installing 10.11 even some real macs get it. Sometimes it will stick at 16 mins. My machine sits at 16 mins then jumps to 5 after say half an hour.

Thanks, I had this on my Intel Hack, and waited it out till it finished, I guess I'll just have to wait this one out a bit (lot) longer.

OK, so It installed, but now when I try to load my new installation from clover, I get a black screen, and then my computer reboots, have the amd kernel in place, any ideas?

Did you rebuild the cache? If not Clover will be loading the vanilla kernels prelinkedkernel and kernelcache.

From the installer terminal, Replace Installed HDD with your HDD name.
Code: Select all
rm -r /Volumes/"Installed HDD"/System/Library/PrelinkedKernels/prelinkedkernel
kextcache -u /Volumes/"Installed HDD"/

OK, so now I've copied your USB fix kext over to my El Cap HDD, done the above commands, but when I try to load my installation, I get the following
Code: Select all
Error with kernel cache 0xe
waiting 10 seconds, then sleep
.
