Maybe this is not so important, as we know if we want to remove firewire guid ptr invalid on verbose mode, simply turn off 1394 setting on bios, but for me this is not possible, as i used old and discontinued motherboard, that option is not there, and when i'm tried to update the bios, there's no bios update from the manufacturer.
To make it simple "there's no option for me to turn off/on 1394 peripheral from bios".
So, for those who have similar problem with me here's the tricks: (btw i'm running on 10.11.6)
1. Make backup of IOFireWireFamily.kext on (S/L/E) somewhere (i used desktop), just in case it makes your hackintosh not bootable, you still can use your usb installer to restore it using terminal.
2. After you make your back up, just delete AppleFWOHCI.kext, inside IOFireWireFamily.kext/contents/plugins/
3. Repair permission and rebuild prelinked kernel and cache using kext utility.
4. Reboot and cross your fingers ^_^
PS: i don't know whether this fix will have affect on my boot time, at least my verbose mode much cleaner than before
