So definitely a USB issue. What USB devices does IOREG show? I am not familiar with your MB but I have a Ryzen 3600 and Aorus B450 i ITX mobo, and I have a issue with PTXH ports. I have a XHCI and PTXH controller. I am not able to patch the PTXH controller as of now. Maybe it will be solved some day...

I read the posts and just want to drop in with my experience. Take a look at this thread on Reddit very much related to sleep and USB ports (which is why sleep does not work) Sleep is a real pain on AMD and not better with OC 0.5.6 while it seems to be a little progress with Mac OS X 10.15.4 (!). At...

Sorry my friend, but it looks like all your USB ports are derived from XHC0, so you have two options: either wait for solution for XHC0 or downgrade to Mojave Aha so there is a problem with XHC0 controller? But my problem ports are PTXH right? I have been struggling very with this and no matter wha...

What OpenCL score do you get in Geekbench? I am running OC 0.5.5.on Ryzen 5 3600. I replaced my RX 560 with a RX 5500 XT and my GPU score is worse than the RX 560! Compared to RX 580 the RX 5500 XT is about 50% slower! Something is wrong but I do not know what. In boot-args I have: -v keepsyms=1 deb...

I sit with the same sleep problem, no USB issues since the mini-itx boards have far less USB ports. I have a Ryzen 9 3900x on Gigabyte X570i Pro Wifi motherboard. All the basics works, but the no sleep is a big deal for us in South Africa, electricity is very expensive and scares. When sleeping my ...

This had no effect. I can still see all PTXH ports in ioreg. I think the problem is how to address PTXH ports.

Sorry @djseban, I missed your reply! Yes, your killXHC0.kext works fine! And has helped me closer to solve my sleep problems! Look at attached ports (second image) when my USBPorts.kext is enabled. Does not work. only_PTXH.png with_USBPorts_kext.png Now to get my USBPorts.kext to work! Could you tak...

I am trying to resolve my sleep issues following this guide: https://github.com/khronokernel/Opencore-Vanilla-Desktop-Guide/blob/master/AMD/AMD-USB-map.md I generated DSDT files with SSDTTime inWindows. Then I placed the files in ACPI. Is that correct? ├── ACPI │ ├── DSDT.aml │ ├── SSDT-EC.aml │ └──...

It doesn't matter which BL you use (I use OpenCore). Also, you shouldn't use kext I posted earlier, because it has ports mapped for my mobo - it may work, but also it may not. Ideally, you should map your ports according to this guide: https://github.com/khronokernel/Opencore-Vanilla-Desktop-Guide/...
